This study of Ethiopia’s borehole construction sector provides an in-depth, integrated understanding of the sector, boreholes costings and analysis. In addition, new approaches to the modelling of the qualitative and quantitative issues involved is presented. This two volume document is the comprehensive report of the study, including the inputs made by the participants at a final workshop in Addis Ababa in December 2005.
