Supply Chain Issue for WES Facilities

This paper provides a brief overview of supply chains issues in rural water supplies.

Supply chains start at the raw material stage and is a process that adds value to the products in several steps until the products are sold to the customers. In rural water supplies, a possible supply chain exists from manufacturers, importers, local and regional dealers, service providers (repairers, installers, trainers) to the customers (water committees, individuals) for goods and services (equipment, training, repair services, financial and technical services, and facility management).
